Exhibit at the 2024 MADE in VERMONT show!

 

The Made in Vermont Marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity for your company to showcase your product. An expected 4,000 prospective consumers will be attending all in one weekend. The trade show is dedicated to showcasing the unique variety of Vermont made products from furniture, specialty foods, clothing, wines and so much more.

Only products made in Vermont are permitted to exhibit. The State of Vermont identifies “a made in Vermont” product as: A material or ingredient substantially transformed into a new and different item, with a name, character or use distinct from that of the ingredients or components from which it was transformed. If you have any questions or concerns about your product, please click here to view policies and forms.

A full exhibit fee is required at registration with the balance due on or before February 1, 2024.  If full payment is not received by Feb 1st, your deposit and exhibit space will be forfeited.  All vendor confirmation materials will not be sent until exhibit fee is paid in full.  Additionally, your company logo with link to your website will not be posted to the Made in Vermont Marketplace website until full payment is received.

Your  booth registration fee includes:

 

  • Online trade show marketing (www.madeinvermontmarketplace.com) beginning when your full booth payment is received and continuing until next year’s event.
  • A direct link from our event website to your website, beginning when your full booth payment is received and continuing until next year’s event.
  • A Facebook highlight of your company, including a video if provided by you, on Made in Vermont Marketplace’s Facebook page.
  • 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side drape
  • One (1) table
  • Two (2) folding chairs
  • Free Trade Show admission for booth staff
  • 10 Tickets to give away to customers, friends, family, colleagues

Prepackaged items or sample sizes may be offered complimentary to attendees but hot food may not be sold at the event.

 

Vendors are responsible for prohibiting sales or consumption of alcohol to minors. All vendors wanting to sell or offer samples of alcoholic products will need to provide a Vermont Department of Alcohol Special Event Permit.

Full payment of exhibit fee is required at registration.  If full payment is not received by Febuary 1, your exhibit space will be forfeited.  All vendor confirmation materials will not be sent until exhibit fee is paid in full. 75% refund if cancelled 30 days before the event. NO refunds after Feb 1.
